Terms of Service

Effective date: September 22, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Link True World (the "Service"), operated by Link True World, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you must be at least 16 years old, or have verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Your account

Sign-in is provided through a third-party identity provider (Google) or by a one-time code sent to your email address. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your identity provider account secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion permanently removes your notes, folders, and uploaded media.

3. Your content and license to us

You retain full ownership of the content you create on the Service — notes, folders, and any images or videos you upload ("Content"). To operate the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This license ends when your Content is deleted from the Service, except for limited backup retention.

Other users may read, link to, and quote reasonable excerpts of published notes, as long as they credit the author and link back to the note. Any other copying, adaptation, or redistribution needs the author's permission. This applies the same way to every published note; there is no per-note setting.

Published notes keep a public edit history: earlier versions of a published note remain viewable after you edit it. Deleting a note deletes its history.

4. Content responsibilities

You may only upload media (images and videos) that you created or have the right to use. You are solely responsible for your Content.

The following is never allowed:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance. Any sexual content involving minors, real or generated, is removed, the account is terminated, and we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement as required by law.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery. Including AI-generated or manipulated images and videos ("deepfakes") depicting real people without their consent.
  • Content you don't have rights to. Only upload images and videos you created or are licensed to use. The platform only hosts and renders media uploaded by its author for this reason.
  • Harassment and threats. Targeted abuse, incitement to violence, or exposing someone's private information ("doxxing").
  • Spam and deception. Bulk-posted or manipulative content, scams, phishing, malware, impersonation.
  • Illegal content under applicable law.

How to report. On any note, open the ⋯ menu → Report and describe the problem. Reports go directly to us; adding your email is optional and only used if we need to follow up. You can also email legal@linktrueworld.com about any content, including video pages.

Enforcement. Depending on severity we remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts. Illegal material is reported to the authorities. We keep a record of enforcement actions so repeat violations escalate.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to dmca@linktrueworld.com including:

  1. identification of the copyrighted work;
  2. the URL(s) of the infringing material on this Service;
  3. your name, address, and email;
  4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  5. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner;
  6. your physical or electronic signature.

If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the material's former URL, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal district court (or, outside the US, the District of Delaware).

We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law or help others do so through the Service;
  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or bypass authentication or rate limits;
  • scrape or bulk-harvest content or personal data from the Service;
  • upload malware or content designed to disrupt the Service;
  • impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

7. Payments and refunds

The Service is currently free of charge. If we introduce paid features, their price, billing terms, and refund policy will be clearly posted before you are asked to pay, and continued use of paid features will be governed by those posted terms in addition to these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or remove Content, if you violate these Terms, or where required by law. Where practical we will tell you why. You may stop using the Service, and delete your account, at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service and all Content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Content on the Service is authored by users and does not represent our views; do not rely on it as professional advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Link True World, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your Content or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence is not affected.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give notice on the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
